Cellar Collection Release
Madeira is heated as it ages, which results in the oxidation necessary for the wine’s desired flavors and colors.
Historically, as these barrels were shipped from Madeira to the New World, the heat of the tropical sun sped up this process, creating an uncommonly delicious wine.
For the third Cellar Collection Release, distillery chosen the sun and barrel icon to honor the old craft and celebrate new discoveries.
